The game won't start

It draws with WebGPU, so an iPhone or iPad needs iOS or iPadOS 26. It loads from the web each time, so it needs a connection to start and to put your timed runs in the Course Records.

Using a phone as the controller doesn't link

The phone and the computer have to be on the same Wi-Fi. In the iPhone app, check that it's allowed on the local network: Settings, Privacy & Security, Local Network.

Changing your handle

Sign in, open the panel with the button at the top right, and choose Change handle at the bottom of it. You can change it once (changing only its capitals or accents doesn't count, and you can do that any time). The handle you had stays yours, so nobody else can take it, but links to it stop working. To change it again, write to us with your handle and we'll let you change it once more.

A handle that's your real name

If the handle you want isn't available and it's your real name, write to us with the handle and we'll take a look.

Reporting a player

If a handle is offensive or a time looks wrong, write to us with the handle and the course. We can take runs off the Course Records and close accounts. If a player's card or invite page shows an Instagram account that isn't theirs (yours, say), write to us with their handle and we'll take it off.

Deleting your account

Sign in, open the panel with the button at the top right, and choose Delete account at the bottom of it, then type delete to confirm. Your times come off the Course Records, your paddling record goes, and your handle (and any you had before) is free for anyone to take. It can't be undone. If you can't sign in, write to us with your handle. Handles are public, so before deleting anything we'll write to the address on your account and wait for your reply.
